Chase Current Account Review

I cant comment objectively on Chase customer service as i have not needed to use them. As for the current account I believe it to be a top product and in my opinion the best in Banking. Having travelled to Australia via Singapore recently the ability to tap on and off for all purchases meant i had no need for cash - the first time i have ever travelled without monies in the currency of the countries i'm visiting! The App works great, allowing almost immediate switching of monies between my accounts too. I have already recommended Chase to three friends who are now customers themselves - before I realised this was incentivised. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

Customer services needs improvement

My phone was broken and I couldn't access it. I bought a new phone but the app would not load as it was still active on the broken one. After numerous attempts at trying to explain this to customer services they could not help me. I was frustrated and angered by how obstinate they were, not to mention unhelpful.
