Chase Bank Current Account

I’m so glad I discovered Chase!

I’m so glad I discovered Chase! It’s changed my whole approach to managing my money. I first used Chase for a big holiday and managing spends from there knowing it was worth it for the cash back I’d earn. Since then I haven’t looked back at using Chase as my main spending account. It’s incredibly easy to use the app and I love the round up rewards feature too which feels like you’re earning extra money (I know you’re not but psychologically having that ‘put aside’ is such a great idea - and means as it accrues I move it periodically into my savings account). I really like that the card has no information on it and it’s all controlled in the app. I also experienced excellent customer service when someone tried to fraudulently use my card details to pay for something. I was alerted by a payment declined message and to get in touch with Chase to discuss the issue. It was incredibly quick and my card details were changed immediately over the phone. Incredible service! I feel reassured of the security measures in place with the verification stage and will always use Chase as my main account of choice - especially as the cashback means I earn more each month.
