Customer resolutions resolved within minutes.

Whilst abroad in America, we had an issue created by the cruise ships purchasing systems. We had bought an item onboard & then when we went to buy something else it was refused. Contacting the staff at Chase, took seconds to resolve, speaking to a real person & who knew how to quickly resolve it. The cruise ship only needed to re-authorise the transactions & with that we could enjoy the rest of a much needed holiday. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Easy to transfer my current account

Easy to transfer my current account and transferred all my Direct debit's completely hassle free. Love the round ups. Nice little pot of money automaticly transferred in my savings account Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
