Chase offers me great banking facilities online

Chase, an online bank, offers all the facilities as a high street version, except for the physical presence. The app allows me to perform all the daily banking activities and send almost immediate confirmation to my smartphone. Arranging payments at a later date, transfering money and paying invoices are all straighforward. The usual safeguards are in place: checking the sort code, bank account and payee before payment, no drawing on the account if there are insufficient funds, etc. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Brilliant bank I can earn cash back on my daily account lets me know when money has landed in my account tells me when the interest rate goes up and down easy to use app you can also have multiple savings account for different things with different titles customer service is very efficient I had a problem a few months back and I got in touch with customer service and it was dealt with straight away 5 star bank Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
