Initially pulled in with their competitive interest rates and 1% cashback on spending, but unfortunately became a spare bank account over time as they've added more restrictions to cashback and reduced their rates. Great app, fab customer service.

I moved to chase following the introduction of the rewards programme for cashback. The app is great and easy to use and the service provided is very good. I received brilliant customer service when I was trying to recover some money and they resolved the issue very fast. A drawback is that now I have been them a while, the scope of the cashback has reduced to just specific spendings. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026
