Great app

I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Brilliant bank!

I’ve been using Chase Bank’s current account for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s the best high street banking experience I’ve had. Their customer service is outstanding—far superior to any other major UK bank I’ve dealt with. Unlike the long wait times and frustrating automated systems you get with some traditional banks, Chase offers quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful support. Every interaction I’ve had with their team has been smooth, and they actually take the time to resolve issues rather than just reading off a script. Their mobile app is fantastic—intuitive, easy to navigate, and packed with useful features. The ability to create multiple “pots” for budgeting, the seamless cashback rewards, and instant notifications make managing my money effortless. It feels like they’ve actually designed the app with the customer in mind, rather than just bolting on features for the sake of it. Chase also offers great perks, like 1% cashback on spending and competitive interest rates on savings, which make it an even better choice. Unlike some of the big banks that seem stuck in the past, Chase feels modern, customer-focused, and truly innovative.
