Great customer service!

The service is easy to use. The app is quite clear and the experience in using it is smooth. It’s maybe a bit confusing to open the card details and where to access savings. I had a question about my current account and it was a really good experience to talk to customer support, quick response and the service mechanism is really cool because it works like text messages and you can leave the app and treat it as any other message conversation and rejoin when you want.
