Great app

I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

No complaints.

i have had no complaints since opening my Chase account. Easy to navigate and, although the returns aren't as good as they were to start with, I have felt confident enough to recommend this account to friends and family and at least 5 have opened their own accounts. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

Very user friendly app.

Very user friendly app. Account feels secure and easy to access. Outages / unavailability is flagged up ahead of time, in good time. Chase is my secondary current account (my primary current account is a UK high street account that my monthly salary goes into and direct debits / bills come out of) but the one that I use for daily spending because of the 1% cashback benefits and also I use the lack of an overdraft as a budgeting tool.
