Disappointed

I’ve been a Chase customer for a while, but their products have become ridiculously expensive with fees creeping in everywhere. What’s worse, their customer support is going downhill every single day—long wait times, unhelpful reps, and zero accountability. The smartphone app is intuitive to use and has very little downtime compared to other banks. The round-up and cashback features are nice perks. An auto top-up feature for moving money between savings and current accounts would be a nice addition to the service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
