The only account I've not switched recently

I have a few accounts and have switched all of them in the last 18 months, with the exception of Chase. The cashback is good, particularly combined with the sump-up savings, so in every transaction you're getting something back and that builds up over time. At the same time, you have access to a decent savings rate too through the other products. The app is easy to use and whenever I've had to phone up to check something, I've got more or less straight through. Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

Ideal bank account for control freaks!

With a cash back offer, no commission on overseas spending, and really helpful customer support team make the Chase a stand out option for me. Chase provides such flexibility and gives you a sense of control over your own money. When you are not sure or encounter any problems, which rarely happens, their super friendly and helpful team members are easy to reach with a click of a button. Highly recommended!
