Great rates, great customer service.

Chase customer service are very prompt and were extremely helpful to me when a merchant didn’t recognise chase as a bank during a finance application and got it resolved very quickly. Cashback and interest on savings generally beats every high street bank and chase make you feel a lot more like a client than a customer or account number. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Card scam

Had a taxi company take 1000 euros from my account for a 28 euro journey, called chase and they raised a dispute and put the money back in my account the next day as a temporary measure until the dispute was over, informed 2 months later dispute was over and all was resolved. Chase current account

Easy to use card that earns cash back on what you spend both in the UK and abroad. I also have a saver account that has a good rate of interest. The app notifies you of any purchase made so it is easy to track your spending I would recommend this product to family and friends. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
