Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Easy to use App and excellent customer service

Easy to use straightforward App with everything I need on a day to day basis clear and accessible. When I have needed customer service I have always spoken to a real person, who knows what they are talking about, and without waiting in a long queue. 10/10 for customer service. I have found the Chase Card a life saver when travel...

I have found the Chase Card a life saver when travelling. The App is so easy to use to pay in money & to move money between accounts.Setting up the account was a little difficult due to taking a photo of myself as I wear glasses which caused a problem but that may have been down to my lack of ability on taking photos & technology. Quick to update me with any transactions.

Quick to update me with any transactions. Notifications come through quicker than other banks. Their chatbot is useful. I feel safe banking with them. Having free banking abroad was my primary reason for banking with chase but their account offers so much more. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
