Chase is the best bank with best customer service

I love using Chase because it has very simple user interface. The rewards from using Chase are great too which are 1% cashback and also 4.1% interest on savings account. I also love that I can create more saving pots to help reach my goal easier. And the most important thing is the 24/7 customer service chat channel. This really makes different from other banks. I can reach out to the staffs very quickly and they are very responsive. I don't need to follow up and they always get back to me and they really go above and beyond to provide the best service.
