Competitive rates and attentive to customer needs

Chase have been fantastic from the start. Rates offered are consistently the highest and paid monthly so that customers have maximum flexibility. Online customer service messaging is almost instantaneous, unlike any of the high street banks that leave you sat on the phone. The app is super user-friendly and provides several lenses through which to review saving history and goals etc. The bank provides clear written communication on its approach to changing interest rates, unlike high street banks which responded to base rate hikes with a significant time lag. Chase has been nothing but great.

Chase has been nothing but great. Easy to do an account switch, support kept me updated throughout and answered questions quickly. I was apprehensive given they’re an online only bank in the UK but it doesn’t matter. If I had to say any negative it’s no cash deposits. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
