Great rate, easy withdrawals.

Nice easy recent transfer to Chetwood. Best rate on the market, and fast smooth withdrawals when I've needed to. No app, but mobile access via browser is easy enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

A good company to deal with

Clear instructions and an easy application to make online. The rates compare favourably with other companies which I would consider. One phone call I had to make a good time ago showed I could speak to a real person who knew what they were talking about and answered my question without making me feel I was an idiot or even a novice saver online. Good rate - mechanics could be better

The website is a bit clunky. I don’t like having to log on using a really non-memorable long number, rather than my email address or a username I choose myself. There doesn’t appear to be an app, which I use for all my other banks and prefer. I don’t understand why withdrawals don’t arrive until the next business day - withdrawals from competitors occur very quickly with Faster Payments. The savings rate is great...However,

The savings rate is great...However, I do not like the fact that you can only make one transaction per day. I also do not like the fact that it takes until the following day for any transactions, even Faster/BACS payments etc to to show on the account. Finally, I am unable to change the payee details on my other banking apps when transacting with Chetwood IE if I want to show a specific name for a transaction, I can't seem to be able to do this. Customer friendly to operate.

It is very easy to set the account up and to use it. I have invested and withdrawn money very easily after the usual security checks. The interest rate is very competitive. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
