CHIP has done so very much from inception, to offer the public an innovative, easy way of saving, and then from the savings made, the user can spend on items needed or invest in very rewarding investment schemes, to cover all risk ranges. Chip is the only reason I have savings!

I downloaded chip when I realised I wasn't making much of a dent in creating a savings pot for anything from holidays to a rainy day fund. It was really easy to set up and since I've had chip over always had around £1000 in my savings which I've never had before! It's also great because it lives separate to my bank, so because I'm not seeing it every day I forget it's there, allowing my savings to grow more over time. I have used the options of saving different amounts- you can either save a bit more and chip will look at how it can save a bit more aggressively for you (came in handy when I had a holiday and a big birthday coming up at the same time!) or if funds are a bit tighter, you can get chip to relax and save a bit less if needed- so you're still topping up your savings but just a bit slower!
