Saving for Christmas and Birthdays

It used to be a stretch saving for my daughter's Christmas, birthday presents and parties. With Chip I didn't even notice the money going out and had enough money for all of the above and a 4 day getaway over new year. I've also managed to build up the savings in my ISA as I no longer need to 'dip in' to it to pay for random stuff. Can't recommend that this app enough. 5 stars Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

I've been able to put away manual saves whenever I felt particularly flush with cash, and the app continued to take small chunks of change to top up my account every week. Suddenly I've got a couple of grand that I would've managed to spend on nothing! Cheers Chip!!? Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

How to save without saving

Finding money down the back of the sofa, the loose change in my car’s centre console, the fiver I left in my jeans pocket that survived the wash. That’s how I use to find money I forgot I had. Now I use Chip. Chip is brilliant at taking my own money without me noticing and then giving it back to me when it’s big enough to be actually useful. I went on the trip of a life to Australia and New Zealand last year and thanks to Chips I took and extra £1200 with me, without any effort, belt tightening or changes to my everyday flagrant disregard for a budget. Through chip I've managed to save money like never before and without ever noticing it! Chip makes stashing a wee bit of cash easy by taking affordable amounts from your account on a regular basis which has made putting aside a few Bob a lot easier especially for someone like me who isn't always the best at doing that. It's great because you can just set a target and then chip does everything for you! It takes absolutely everything into account and you can even cancel transactions if needed. Very happy with it, I save without noticing Reviewed on: 27th January 2020
