Saving redefined

Chip is a fantastic app, connecting to your bank and analysing your spending, then moving small amounts of money that you won't miss, every few days into a savings account. Your savings build up quickly without really realising and it's a much more effective method of saving that trying to manually move a large sum into a savings account each month - bills, unexpected expenses always mean that gets put off, but with a little at a time it's not noticeable (and if it is too much, it can be adjusted/stopped!), and suddenly you've got a nice healthy pot of savings. They're planning to take on bank overdrafts next year offering better rates (via crowd lending) in a bid to wrest back control of our finances, and I for one can't wait! Amazingly simple

Simple but SO effective!

I'm a good saver anyway but thought I'd try this as a slush fund abs to see just how much more I could have per month and I'm pleased to say it's been great. Since August I've squirreled away enough to cover half my Christmas pressies this year...which is wonderful. Will keep squirrelling for next Christmas now! Well done Chip. A gem of an app

I really do like Chip and get great joy in recieving a message stating that I actually have made an automatic save. This app is really useful in squirraling away a little bit here and a bit more there. I have recommended it to friends and a couple have also started saving.
