I like the Chip app and the multiple ways to save.

I like the Chip app and the multiple ways to save. I have been a member since the outset and hold some shares. However I find it difficult sometimes to find a way to talk to customer services, I do not enjoy the drop down box experience as often the answer does not really cover what I am after.
