Great bank with an easy to use app

Brilliant app, brilliant interest rate

I've only been with Chip a few weeks but it's already my favourite banking app, and I'm a bank tart so there's a lot of competition! Love the way they always try and have the best instant access interest rate - saves me constantly chasing rates. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Can't trust my money to people that I can't contact

Customer service is non-existent, no phone number and only way is through the App messaging service which promises 3 hrs response time, but its been 3 days so far an counting! Cannot trust my money with an organisation that I can't communicate with regardless of what interest rate it promises. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
