Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

At first I was unsure because the help of one staff...

At first I was unsure because the help of one staff wasn’t the greatest at all even after telling them how i struggle to understand because of my dyslexia. But when i rang again couple days later another lovely staff member spoke to and talked me through it step by step and stayed on the phone while i did what I needed to do there for my rating went up, be sure to make sure you have the right team working for you to give us customers better experience and understanding.
