Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

most human experience I've had in a while

I found out about clockwise while looking for loan options available to me. I found out by chance that they covered the county where I lived at the time. The following day I joined Clockwise and was offered the loan with terms that fit my needs. The team was very supportive as well, easy to communicate with. This was unexpected. They claimed to take my payment from my salary, on t...

They claimed to take my payment from my salary, on time every month without the need for manual payments. This was incorrect, I was unfairly charged extra interest due to them applying my payment considerably late. I had to complain three times to rectify the issue, and in the end was only refunded for 2/3 of the charges. Reviewed on: 20th April 2024

Everything is always a quick and easy process with NLCU the customer services is always friendly and efficient and i was able to borrow money when I needed too it’s brilliant that they also encourage saving too. Forever greatful

Literally always there to help.. always when I need them aswel.. we had the worst year this year.. my daughters dad had a cardiac an shes only 3 an he was only 40.. he lasted 3 days but in the end we had to turn off all machines the most heart breaking time for all of us.. when I asked for help towards the funeral I had no bother the help was amazing an the money was there for me without question.
