Inconsistent and unclear on the ever-changing rules...

Inconsistent and unclear on the ever-changing rules of the accounts. Both incoming and outgoing payments are held up, reversed or just completely blocked with no notification from clockwise. I have had a large credit vanish from my account without a trace with no record of its existence save a phone notification! Generally the staff seem uninterested and uncaring of the inconvenience caused with peoples finances- however Carol is always friendly, helpful, efficient and understanding which helps and is positive. straighforward account but the customer care is largely lacking despite the ethics and the processing systems need to be improved so not to interfere with customers finances and leave them in debt or behind with payments/ debts especially with low income individuals and the current financial climate.
