I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4. I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4.4% now rates are 2.38 big fall if you ask me Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

My stand out bank of the year

In every way Close Brothers have exceeded my expectations from opening the accounts, documentation and customer service. It was by far the best company for opening an account for my mother using power attorney - unlike many other banks/companies the process was quick and user friendly.
