Communications are great, just enough and not too much, the website is clear and easy to navigate - and the interest rates are always very competitive. Good account & savings interest

So far, I have no complaints - the account was easy to setup. The one time I used the customer service, they were excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. If I had one comment it would be the interface is a little clunky and seems a bit "old-fashioned" to login and access. However, it suits my needs very well and I am very happy. Highly recommended.
