Communications are great, just enough and not too much, the website is clear and easy to navigate - and the interest rates are always very competitive. Good account & savings interest

So far, I have no complaints - the account was easy to setup. The one time I used the customer service, they were excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. If I had one comment it would be the interface is a little clunky and seems a bit "old-fashioned" to login and access. However, it suits my needs very well and I am very happy. Highly recommended. Quick, friendly knowledgeable service received

I opened an account last September, and due to some technical difficulties with internet, I had to speak to someone. I did not have to wait for long to speak to someone, they were very knowledgeable, and when they had to phone me back, they not only phoned me at the exact time they said, but they also came back with the correct answer.
