Quick, friendly knowledgeable service received

I opened an account last September, and due to some technical difficulties with internet, I had to speak to someone. I did not have to wait for long to speak to someone, they were very knowledgeable, and when they had to phone me back, they not only phoned me at the exact time they said, but they also came back with the correct answer. We're early adopters of Chase.

We're early adopters of Chase. They have a very good app (it was Excellent until they 'upgraded' it), competitive rates for current and savings accounts and innovations around automated savings capabilities, and useful notifications. It's a shame they are increasing the commitment amount for cashback so we may have to move accounts. Nothing good seems to last! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
