Disappointing customer service

I was able to get through to an adviser relatively quickly, which was good. I spoke to Mario who was unable to answer my question. He put me on hold to consult a colleague about it, but he was unable to get a clear answer. He promised to phone back, but I have heard nothing more. This was about 3 days ago!
