New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

Con Artists!!!!

Stay clear of these con artists!!! They charge you a massive cancellation fee once you pass your test. 2 months of insurance and they want the whole years worth of policy paid for....Google reviews for them lots of ppl have been duped by them. Such a hassle free way to get on the roads!

Amazing insurance company!

I’ve renewed my learners license with Collingwood twice now and I am more than satisfied with my policy. Affordable insurance which is extremely beneficial for learners like me with a part time job and college. Customer service is also outstanding, I had some troubles logging into my account and the operator was so kind and helpful. Cass was wonderful.

Cass made the whole proceedure run smooth and achieved the right outcome. I had an issue with renwal, Cass gave me my options. Purchase was made. On the phone it is very long winded. I guess it would have been better online. Reviewed on: 27th September 2025
