New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

10/10 customer service

i speak to Collingwood employees on a weekly basis and they are so friendly and their customer service is outstanding. Sarah (one of the members of staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable, it is a pleasure to be able to speak to her regularly! Reviewed on: 1st August 2025

Learner Driver Insurance Policy

I found the online quote process to be incredibly simple. The contact telephone number was easily accessible when I wanted to call Collingwood for additional information, and that was a breath of fresh air as in today's online world, service provider telephone numbers are often hidden in the bowels on the website. A lady by the name of Carol very patiently answered all my questions, and efficiently helped me to finalise the insurance policy purchase.
