I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I have had nothing but great experiences with this bank. On one occasion, an amount was debited from my account that I did not authorize. The transaction was detected quickly, and as soon as I contacted customer service, they responded promptly and professionally. They investigated the issue, confirmed that it was a fraudulent transaction, and refunded the full amount without any hassle. I truly appreciate how efficiently and seriously they handled the situation. Every time I have needed assistance, my questions have been answered quickly and clearly.
