I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Customer service always excellent.

Customer service always excellent. Only reason I didn’t give it ten stars is due to the lack of acceptance as it looks to payees as a prepaid card. I do know, however, this isn’t really a CU issue. I love the fact it does your book keeping for you and saves your tax as you go meaning you have to do very little yourself. As a small business this is incredibly helpful.
