Don't let your pet put on weight

Took out a policy for my dog for almost a year in my boy who needed surgery for a ruptured cruciate ligament. After stating that they had received my claim and a decision would be made i 10 days. 3 weeks later, someone finally contacted me to say they are not paying out for surgery as my dog had become overweight as stated in the term and conditions at the start of they policy. I explained that he was not at the time of taking out the policy. However, they have left me now without any cover and paying me back everything I'd paid over the 11 months. Which works out cheaper than paying out £2000 towards the surgery. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

brilliant

I had a great one to one phone call when I had enquiries about how I would insure my loving dog cassie the operator had great communication skills was polite from the first word he said and had great manners. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

great and worthwhile
