Review of the Creation, Everyday Credit Card:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Following the death of my father, Creation have strived to add more pain and misery to the process of managing his affairs. Upon his death, they passed the 'debt' to a firm of solicitors and closed the account. Despite the account being closed they continued to accept refunds for services used by by father. On trying to obtain these monies back they first denied having the refunds and then said they'd passed them to the solicitors - who deny receipt. Now I'm stuck between Creation and the solicitors, both denying having the money. Three hours of my life wasted so far - and no further on. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

LOW INTEREST EVERYDAY CREDIT CARD

CREATION OFFER THEIR EVERYDAY CREDIT CARD WITH VERY FAIR LOW INTEREST RATES. BEFORE APPLYING YOU CAN CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY. APPLYING IS QUICK AND EFFICIENT WITH AN INSTANT DECISION. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

IHG MASTER CARD

IHG REWARD CARDIf you are an existing IHG Rewards member and they ask you to change your credit card to Creation Finance Master card, do not do it. I applied for this card on line assuming it would just take over from the old card. How wrong was I. After three times of them sending the cards to a wrong address so I had no idea that the account had even been opened, I am now on the bad creditors list for late payment. Reviewed on: 26th May 2017

Fab customer service great rates

After a bank mix up I missed my card payment date by one day and they were very kind to remove the charge they had added and reinstate my balance transfer rate. Excellent customer service! Reviewed on: 9th January 2017
