Awful and unprofessional

Avoid this company it is an absolute nightmares they tell lives to you they pass you around they do not give you the advice thay should. I had my IVA cancelled by accident thay email me to apologise they said if I reply to the email in the same day they will re-sinder it so I replied to them for them to start it again I heard nothing of them for three or four days then I got a letter of them saying that it had been cancelled permanently yet they still took 2 months money out of my accounts which I'm fighting to get back absolute disgrace please avoid Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

I'd be lost in debt and seriously depressed if it wasn't for creditfix

I was in real trouble when creditfix started helping me I had lost my job due to bad health and was sinking in debt with no way to pay. Creditfix sorted everything I told them what debt I had. Excellent service

We had one problem at the start of our journey with credit fix, and they helped us out massively organised a payment break for us to sort out the slip up, creditor, 9.9 % of the time we always get a friendly helpful adviser that puts our needs first.
