Good bank

I first used Cynergy Bank several years ago when opening an account for my mother for whom I had POA. I found this easy to do with helpful customer service showing me how to do it. Since then I have had my own accounts and I like the excellent security processes making me think my money is safe. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

One of the better saving institutions

Easy to Navigate

I have been with cynergy bank for over two years , the app is extremely easy tu use and in a few occasion when I have had to call customer service they have been very efficient, I use Thier bonus savings account and when the bonus period expires it's very easy to fast track my savings to another bonus account. Offer good interest rates and timely reminders.

Have several fixed bonds with Cynergy and they have always offered very favourable interest rates. The are also good at reminding me in goodtime when Bonds are due to mature and offer various alternatives for renewal Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
