Product variations, Flexibility and Value for Money

As i worked into entrance of Darlington Building society, warm welcome, good customer service and good marketing team, i was satisfied like prayers answered to my savings need, i saw value for my money in the next 10 years and a concrete startegy of saving and the right account to suit me. I a married new migrant in the UK, i needed where i could save money,plan for the money and have a convenient saving strategy. I went through big renowned banks but couldn't get the exact kind of account i needed. Darlington Building society gave me everything. Stockton Branch Shining stars

Whenever I visit the Stockton on Tees branch the staff are always very engaging. They always have a friendly hello and are very knowledgeable about products. Could not fault the service. No query is a problem and they make me feel like they care. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

.Got There in the End !

Tried to open an ISA in Redcar branch but needed to make an appointment which wasn't convenient. Tried to open one on line but struggled so phoned the help line and was expertly guided by a friendly and knowledgeable lady. Success Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Local, knowledgeable and welcoming.

I opened an ISA in autumn 2024 at my local branch. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer and suitability for my needs. I'll be returning soon to open another now the tax year has changed. Its very important to me to have a local branch with counter staff, this is why I chose Darlington BS in Yarm for savings ahead of other institutions that offer marginally better rates. Friendly and helpful service

In branch to collect a cheque from my 90 day notice account, giving my son and Granddaughter a little gift to top up their ISAs for this year. I have always received very good advice, for myself...

I have always received very good advice, for myself & when dealing with my late mother's estate. Very friendly, informative staff with absolutely no pressure to accept products. I've had different savings accounts and also had a mortgage which was very good value and easy to manage when I wanted to increase the loan. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
