Not given complete and correct information prior to appointment on telephone when enquiring about a maturing bond - appointment to open ISA was advised and made for me - beforehand had matured so having visited branch had to reappoint for later date. Reviewed on: 21st September 2024

I have always found staff at the Yarm branch very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have no negative comments to make. It is a shame that the branch hours are reducing as there always seems to be other customers whenever I visit. Reviewed on: 21st September 2024
