Jasmine was really pleasant and very helpful. However, one of the reasons I use DBS is that I have a passbook and can readily see what my investment was doing. I am really disappointed that you have done away with passbooks and replaced them with pieces of paper which can easily get lost. Each time I want to know how things are doing you will have to get me a new piece of paper. Reviewed on: 27th August 2024
