We booked the appointment at the front desk on the 13/8 and emphasised the house number with post code. This was not recorded correctly as were greeted with our neighbours information at our meeting, a slight data protection issue. Training is required. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

Simon gave me excellent information as to what my options I could choose regarding my one year ISA account coming to its end. All I need to do is make a telephone call just before end of August which will allow me to make changes to my ISA account. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

I rang for some help in applying for an ISA online. SIMON M. was my saviour. After a long time struggling to navigate the online process myself, Simon took me through every step, page by page.
