Open a ISA account

I sent everything off to open a 5 year fixed isa on the 29th of March only to be told on the 30th of March that the isa had been withdrawn from the market. It took time and effort to print off the irrelevant forms for the transfer to DBS. I feel let down by DBS and would advise anyone from joining them. I would advise looking elsewhere for savings.
