I always choose Darlington Building society because of the personal service I receive when going into branch. They’re always there to assist me, and have not only helped us with Savings but also have been on hand to help with getting a mortgage! Thank you to the great staff that work here. Although now only the one branch in the town, all the staff remain cheerful, helpful and caring. They have, on occasion, opened one of their side desks so that I don't need to try and stand to conduct my business with them. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
