The change always from passbooks is inconvenient re when interest is being paired. Why put the pass cards as per Yorkshire BD if the books are too expensive. How about bringing back a roll over bond option. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025

I like the building society as it is local. Pleasant efficient staff they could have more staff on the counters. It is good that they have strong links with the community. The seem to know their customers well. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025
