PLEASE NOTE: This form represnts my views BEFORE a very disappointing experience and AFTER, when your staff member Adam Swainston, rescued my opinion. I received good, clear, helpful, comprehensive service from ADAM SWAINSTON which restored my faith in the society, after having had a disappointing experience previosuly. DETAILS of disappointing experience just before XMAS 2020. A phone call, unexpected on a Friday shortly before Christmas, demanding my details before asking if I had received an information letter. This was disturbingly similar to scam methods. When I complained I was treated by customer services member in a defensive, unempatetic, self-insulting way. I am glad to say how DIFFERENTLY I was treated by Adam Swainston. Reviewed on: 13th June 2021
