I rang to clear my understanding of the T&C's relating to a children's savings account. A very knowledgeable young lady spent some time explaining the rules. It was a pleasure to talk to her. The call was answered very quickly, a rarity these day, well done Dudley BS Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Childrens savings account

I am really disappointed that I opened monthly savings accounts for my Grandaughters last November. When I went into branch I was told that the accounts would finish after twelve months and the new savings was for children up to 11 and less interest.. my grandaughters are 11 and 12 so is there anywhere they can save with you at a decent rate of interest? Back to another building society I think. Most disappointed. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

We offer a First Account savings product which is available to your granddaughters, and we will be offering further products for their age in the future.
