Great Service Dudley BS

Excellent. Always polite and friendly staff, clean environment. Good non pressured advice. The Stand Back From The Counter Measures have been totally ignored sadly, and I think a bit more pro active from staff to drive that requirement home would be far more effective in our fight against Covid 19 Virus. Local service to local people

This building society puts its customers first. They do not close down branches when every other financial institution shuts theirs. I appreciate the face to face service given by Dudley building society. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Superb customer service

My family have been saving with the building society for years now and customer service of all staff is brilliant. Always a friendly face and you never just feel like a number. In particular a lady called Tracey is an asset to your company. I left my child's drawing in branch and she so kindly posted it to us with a lovely note. This you just don't get these days. So thank you I hope you continue counter service because the personal touch can't be beaten. Loyalty prevails. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021
