Reply from Dudley Building Society We really appreciate your feedback on the new website and we have now made amendments to ensure documents are easier to locate and are better signposted. We have created a new page called ‘Useful Savings Documents’. The link to this page can be found on the help and support section of the homepage, the savings menu drop down and the existing customers page. A professional, caring and responsible financial institution

I have inested with Dudley Building Society over the last 2 years and have decided to continue to keep my savings with them. The Society is always a pleasure to deal with as their staff are very supportive and helpful. Their products are competitive in the marketplace and I sincerely believe that they go further in looking after their members than many other financial institutions.
