Best building society lovely to have a local customer focused society who genuinely look after the welfare of their customers. The staff are always friendly give good clear advice with no jargon nothing too much trouble. I can only say I have recommended Dudley BS to many friends who have invested and are pleased so that must stand highly I am customer who has accounts with other building societies due to my savings having to use more than one but Dudley is the best. Even with COVID the staff have been under much more pressure but still are professional friendly and a credit to the company. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Great for my grandchildren

I have invested money for my Grandchildren in the Dudley Building Society over the last few years and have been very pleased with all aspects - the savings rates and the customer service. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Friendliest and most helpful staff

I have placed savings with the Dudley building society for over 10 years. The service in branch is outstanding...staff who look out for the more vulnerable and treat their customers with utmost respect. The new online service is also very easy to use during lockdown! Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Great Building Society

The Dudley Building Society - A fantastic Company to deal with that is dedicated to its customers within the Black Country and West Midlands area. I have been a Customer for many years and found the Staff - particularly in my Perton branch a pleasure to deal with. I would regard them as friends and really enjoy that chat for a few minutes whilst I’m in the branch. My passion for classic cars is regularly discussed. I also use the on-line service regularly and find it very easy to use and navigate through the different options.
