refreshingly different

I opened a monthly saver. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the opening process, far different from most financial entities who seem to go out of their way to make life difficult. I particularly like the pay by debit card option which very few competitors offer. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

1st Class Customer Service

Each time I’ve contacted Dudley Building Society I always receive 1st class customer service. I know I can rely on them to help me when they say they will. They have always delivered, if they say they are going to do something they do. I’ve spoken to different people & they all have the same ethos. Friendly and efficient.

I only recently joined Dudley. I'd had a regular saver with M&S, but the product was withdrawn, along with its current account. I switched to a new provider for my current account and Dudley for the regular saver. I, therefore, didn't have a statement from my new provider (which was required to set up my Dudley account) as I'd not been with them long enough. A couple of minutes on the phone with Emma and she'd got everything sorted. It was a pleasure to speak with her. She was natural, professional and friendly; not at all over the top and gushing. Building Society - V - High Street Banks

Throughout the COVID 19 pandemic, we were continually advised by the Dudley Building Society as to their necessary changes in service in order to avoid fruitless visits. As usual, all business was conducted within a friendly professional atmosphere with little interruption to their normal excellent service. This sort of service is alien to my High Street bank.
