Taking care when we need them

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH A SMILE

Staff at Perton Branch are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, going the extra mile to trace funds that went astray from a closed Post Office account, even though the funds were very small. Highly recommended. 5 Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

In period of low interest rates...

It is good to be investing in a product with a variable rate that hasn't been reduced as many competitors have recently. No doubt will go down but not immediately as others have rushed to jump on the bandwagon of low rates Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Friendly people, good value savings products

I only started with saving Dudley last year having been initially attracted by he value offered by their savings accounts. I found them very easy to deal with - from opening my account to answering a couple of questions over the phone.
