Getting onto on-line banking

I opened my account several years ago and have been reluctant to add money to my ISA as I had no way to access my money other than by post or travelling to a branch which was miles away. Going on-line was simple and quick and now I feel confident to increase my savings with Dudley - thank you! Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Very efficient service

Have been satisfied with the Dudley Building Society for many years. The new online service is very good and provides an efficient method to get queries dealt with. The range of accounts is adequate for most needs and rats are competitive, providing you switch to new products once in a while. Even the old products continue to pay an acceptable rate.
